ICC 10N tactics

ICC 10N

Lord Marrowgar
Just 3 rules in this fight :
1 All DPS must kill the spikes as soon as possible, if you don't do it then its prob. a wipe :/
2 all MDPS should stop attacking Lord Marrowgar if he starts BoneStorm
3 Everyone must stay out of the blue flames Smile , it looks pretty silly if you die because of that xD

Lady Deathwhisper

This boss is pretty easy. There are just a few things you need to know.
1 She heals all the damage done to her, with her Mana Barrier
2 There will be some adds ( trash mobs ). She spawns them a couple of times while fighting. Make sure you kill them fast
3 Lady Deathwhisper will use the skill Death and Decay ( green version), make sure you get out of there as soon as possible.
4 when her Mana Barrier is gone, Lady Deathwhisper will cast Frostbolts, make sure that you interupt all of them

Deathbringer Saurfang

This boss is really a DPS race, most shamans use here BloodLust
But you have to make sure you kill Deathbringer Saurfang fast, because later on the fight he will heal himself.
There are 2 things i wanna share with u:
1 I recomment to use Bloodlust, when Deathbringer Saurfang is on 5000k HP
2 Deathbringer Saurfang will spawn some Blood Beast, just kill them fast Smile

Festergut

This boss will be hard for the raid , if you don't know the tactic of the Spores
I will explain it:
Festergut will use 3 times Inhale Blight after that Pungen Blight, this is where The spores come in. 2 random ppl in the raid will get Gas Spores on them. Everyone must stack up by the person who get a Gas Spore on him. Make sure you are close to it, when it explodes. Because you will get a debuff ( that can stack up 3 times). That reduce the damage done by Pungen Blight

For tanks Also you will need 2 Tanks here. 1 Mt and 1 OT. Caus you have to switch aggro when you got 6-7 stacks on you. If you reach 10 stacks then you will explode and the raid wipes


Rotface

In this battle the role of the OT is important. The OT must focus on keeping the Oozes busy and keep them away from the raid. If Rotface cast Unstable Ooze Explosion and you stay next to it, then your DEAD..... So Run away from Ooze's
Another thing is sometimes there will leak Liquid Poison out of the walls that will stay on the ground for a couple of seconds. Make sure you don't stay in it xD
Healers must pay attention in this fight. If Rotface cast Slime Spray ( that will be cast in a random direction) you must get out of his cast, or you will take lots of damage. For a tank it doesn't really matter. For healers or casters it does

Professor Putricide

This boss is very hard, most ICC 10N raids can't even kill him. But we succeed already many times. This boss had 3 phases. I will explain all 3 phases closely.

P1 Around 7500k HP P1 will end. This phase its not really hard, just make sure you will end this phase fast.
P2 This phase looks the same as P1 , only this one ends somewhere around 3000K HP and Professor Putricide does more damage.
P3 This is the last phase. In this phase you use BloodLust ( NOT in P1 and P2 !!! ). In this phase is ABOM (scroll down) gone. So that's why the Tank must move the boss all the time, caus the Liquid Poison will spread over the ground ( make sure you don't stand in a corner, otherwise your fucked up xD )

ABOM = Someone in your raid must use the Drink Me table where Professor Putricide is standing. If you use it you will become an ABOM . IF you are an ABOM your job is to drink all the Liquid Poison on the ground. ALL OF IT! . If ABOM is too late , raid will wipe.... If there is no Liquid Poison on the ground, then you are free to attack the Professor Putricide, but keep an eye for the Liquid Poison!

Another important thing is you must have 1 WARRIOR in your raid!! A warrior can charge the Ooze's so they get bugged and can't do anything anymore. But its important that an Orange Ooze can't hit you, if it's chasing you then run away from it. Or it will explode... and its again a wipe..

So beware this won't be easy!!


Saving Valithria Dreamwalker

For this fight its important to have at least 3 HEALERS. all the dps must be good and the tank must keep aggro in the center. While saving Valithria Dreamwalker adds will come to stop you from the right and left side. So its important to set your raid in a good position before starting. Most ppl see this as the easiest boss in Icecrown Citadel. But trust me they are wrong and right. The tactic you come with must be good, otherwise it will be hard. You must have 1 good AOE tank or 2 tanks 1 left other right. Dps must be spread with the tanks.

For the healers its important to set 2 on Valithria Dreamwalker and 1 on the raid. Also Pally's must use Lay On Hands on the boss. For the healers its important to use the Dream Portals , if you use it you will regain mana. SO USE IT WISELY Wink ( this is also recommended for the rest in the raid )

There are 2 mobs that you need to kill fast the Risen archmage and the Gluttonous Abomination and the most important the Blazing Skeletons. For the second i should really watch out. When he dies he will spawn Rot Worms. They are pretty bugged, so they are Over Powered (OP), so kill them fast. The other 2 are dangerous, because of there AOE damage.

then a mob with a specific job: the Suppressor. This mob goes straight to Valithria Dreamwalker and reduce the healing received on her. So also this one must be killed fast

Great guide orakos!!! heres a few things to consider adding, also:

On the Saurfang fight, hunters should use frost traps and mages should use slow to slow the blood beasts

If lady mind controls someone in the party, they need to be crowd controlled, and all dps DO NOT ATTACK YOUR TEAMMATE!!!!! lol XD

On putricide, paladins can also stun the oozes. I also JUST found out today that mages can stun the oozes also, by using frost nova (long cd though, cant do EVERY ooze with a mage)

On Festergut, everyone needs to spread out at least 8 yards apart (use /range 8 ). He makes random people puke, and if anyone is within 8 yards of the person puking, the start puking also. If too many people are close together, this can wipe the raid. The only time to not be spread out is when a spore is in play.

Thats all that comes to mind ATM.... ill post here again if i think of anything else. Also, ill be working on the tactics for blood council and on over the next couple days XD typed em out on my phone, now gotta just read it and type it all out on my pc, as its being stupid and not letting me just copy the text from my phone.... lol
